Herbs for Anxiety

For a long time, I have functioned with anxiety. It can be persistent on sharing a moment in my day; weather its thinking about traffic that can make me late for work, paying bills or just wanting things to go in my favor, anxiety can show itself at any time without warning. So along with breathing techniques and good communication to ease mental strain there are herbs that will promote nerve stability and support wellness. Here are a few that I use:

*Ashwaghanda

*Chamomile

*Lemon Balm

*Passion Flower

You can find these herbs in many different forms or make them yourself the way you prefer most. You can find them as gummies, essential oils, loose leaves, powder, capsules etc. Keep in mind that the many forms of herbal material provide different levels of potency. Everyone is different! When I drink tea, I like to steep my herbs for 30 to 60 minutes when I want a strong batch of tea and its perfect without sugar! What about you, how do you enjoy your tea?
